Good food. Took us right in during busy dinner time. I think lower rating is bc people.dont know Thai cuisine

The food here is made fresh to serve. I ordered a very specific yellow curry vegan dish with tofu that was excellent! My husband had the massaman curry with pork and loved it too! The table next to us was visiting and shared that their tempura was light and fresh too! We have a vacation cabin here and often stick to the same restaurants. I'm a picky eater and we gave this place a try-definitely would recommend! The place was clean. The staff were great, again very accommodating to our request!

Food was good. Sauce container was a little messy but they brought us a new one when we asked. We ordered the pad Thai & the Massaman Curry along with spring rolls. The pad Thai was good but didn't have the signature pad Thai flavors I expected, still tasty. The Massaman curry was our favorite with coconut flavor & spices. Overall I would come back.

I was told by a friend that when I was up the mountain I had to go to Royal Thai Bistro. So, as always, I looked at the reviews. I was surprised to see the overall rating as low as it was despite the glowing review from my friend. Let's give it a shot! We rolled in 6 people deep on a Friday night and were an hour early for our reservation. We were told they would seat us right away and we got a great table right by the window! We order apps and drinks and the staff was quick with drinks and food, but not so quick that it seemed pre-made. The larb was good, although not my thing. The chicken spring rolls were great, and the Tom Ka soup was fantastic! One more round of drinks please. Dinner comes and my yellow curry w/chicken was wonderful. Lots of chicken and taters in the curry with veggies. I tried bites of the pad thai and the other noodle dish and both were really good as well. The food was more of the scale my friend said than the reviews would lead you to believe. I saw lots of reviews with people saying that the staff was "rude" and I honestly didn't see anything of the sort all night at our table or any others. I can see where a language barrier, where english may not be the staff's first language, may cause one to think that, as there isn't much in the way of idle conversation. The place was clean, and they make a conscious effort to keep it that way, the patio and sidewalk were clean as was the restroom. Ignore the reviews and give it a try. You'll love the food!
